😉

It is making ALL the difference in me to get in touch with my repressed anger.

I believe that it is very true what has been said that depression is just anger turned inward - instead of outward - as I feel my decades long depression finally starting to lift and feel like I can now come from a place of power in life now.

Just wanted to share.

I've been really struggling with my anger coming out vs. wanting to isolate so no one experiences it.

Turning into a shrew is not helping my cause.

I just ordered the book: "Facing The Fire: Experiencing and Expressing Anger Appropriately" by John Lee today.

I find that the more I give myself permission to tap into my repressed anger....the better I feel.

It's like.......ALL THAT ENERGY that is zapped out of you trying to keep anger "at bay"....(like a ball that you try to hold under water) is freed up - and what takes it's place is the peace and validation I have been searching my whole life for - - - and to know that it has been there....ALL ALONG.....INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!!

I can't wait to get my new book!
