This happens every time I go - for 2-3 days after I feel nauseated, upset stomach, sometimes a migraine, trouble sleeping. It feels as if I am going round in circles, and not really getting anywhere. Then I think - well, this is a very difficult thing to do and you've been avoiding it for years - it's not surprising you might find reasons not to continue. I am constantly talking myself out of talking myself out of going to the appointments, and it's exhausting. Does anyone else feel this?!

You are experiencing emotions coming to the surface, that you have probably repressed for a long time.  It will get better.

You hit the nail right on the head cloudtripper. Great advice!

Right, you'll get over it soon. Just don't let those feelings or emotions eat you bu think of it as part of healing stage and that way you'll achieve faster recovery.

Eye movement therapies are best solution for depression. I have little knowledge about IEMT and its effectiveness. This is an ultimate solution for depression and other allied problems.
