Hi Army,

Do you want to talk more?

I'm sad tonight too, been crying myself to sleep the past few nights.

Do you want to join me in the coffeehouse and we can have a good cry together?

I'm crying because my dear best friend border collie is dying and I can't save her. I'm doing my best to maintain her pain, but I think I'm going to have to euthanize her soon.

You have succeeded in realizing so much about your self and your situation lately. One more therapy session could bring more realizations that will help you get a different perspective and learn more about yourself.

Ya know, I posted an article in the coffeehouse today that I think you might be interested in reading.

I'm very proud of you for going to therapy and finishing out your sessions. That is a tremendous accomplishment. Big Hugs for your success in continuing to go even though it was painful at times. You faced it and did it and have more tools for dealing with your situation than you did a few months ago.

In my mind I don't think I accomplished anything...I don;'t see success...as for tools...I don't know what I learned....I wanted to see a big change...a change where its noticible...I don't think I changed...

I'll read the coffee house article.

I'm sorry about your friend...euthanizing her may help her suffering...easy for me to say although I don't know if she were mind I could do it.

My h had to put his dalmation to sleep...

Army,

I say this with support and love, as something to consider and reflect on.

Why is it hard for you to see the successes you have had, no matter their size, they are very significant? It is common for people who are emotionally abused to have difficulty accepting good things about them and the idea that they are successful, even in small ways. Are you ready to accept that you are successful and wonderful?

Maybe reread your Army is scared thread and see if you can see your progress. If you still don't, then let me know and I'll list some of them out for you.

I'm so glad to hear that you are finishing out your therapy. I wish there was some way you could continue to go, but at least you went for these sessions.

Sending you lots of love, acceptance, support, strength and happiness.

Hi Army,

I need to go sleep for a bit. Shasta just took her pain meds and I have 6 hours to sleep before she will need her next dose.

So it will be another night of tears, but at least I have good company. I will imagine that we are in the Coffeehouse on one of the comfy sofa's being there for eachother in this difficult time of our lives.

I'm sorry to hear you are sad, but I'm glad you were up and I got to chat with you a bit tonight. Even in a time of sadness, you are good company. Thanks for being here.
