well i'm going to finally admit that i have an emotion problem... it's called not being able to show any other one except anger and it is very close to causing me to lose my marriage. I'm not abusive or anything like that I just don't feel...anything Has anyone else had this problem? help....

Maybe it is not you! Maybe it is him. I only say this because I always blamed myself. Must be me - I must be teh defective one. But then again, maybe he is firing you up and you are not acting, you are always reacting. Step back Loretta!

we all hide our feelings which protects us from getting hurt. there is a wall that we put up to protect us. and we all deal with things in different ways some of us don't have feelings any more toward the people we love, we keep getting chipped away at that there isn't anything to feel anymore.

Jk, I can relate to what you have said. I have spent years not getting "bothered" by emotional situations just because I didn't feel anything. I now find that I'm getting upset over things that would never usually bother me. I don't understand it either. The only thing I have realised is that all my emtions come out in anger rather than all the other emotions I should be feeling..upset..violated..rejected etc. I'm still trying to work out my emotions but have decided to speak to someone...a professional...its a difficult place to be isn't it! effects a large part of life!
