There has to be a reason why the littlest thing are making you upset. You need to sit and think why is that making you mad? why are you crying? Why ar you giving such an insignificant thing all that power?
who or what does that thing that has made you mad remind you of and why?

Only when you get to the root of the problem will you begin to control your emotions.

Crying is good...

Remember God does listen and you are not alone he does help.

Tree,

Tears are like a rain storm. Afterward the air is fresh, flowers grow and the sun shines. Cry on, it helps you to clear away what bothers you. Don't be hard on yourself, you must just do what makes you feel better.

It's okay to cry. That's why we have God who dries up all of our tears and brings us sunshine after our rain.

I agree with frustrated. It'll be all right just be strong. did you know that tears actually make us stronger. They help us to be able to deal with life's frustrations because we release all anguish through them. I hear your pain is easily triggered for whatever reason. Try counseling and figure out why this pain is so easily triggered. Also, when you need to cry, just cry. You'll find that when you release it, you begin to feel better.

God Bless U and take care,

PG Lova

Tree How old are you? Are you male or female and when was the last time yo saw your Dr.?

Lots of things can trigger these events.

Write down everything and look for a pattern.
