I have had depression for about 8 yrs, and
I've tried a few medications that haven't worked.
I have symptoms of BPD , but I've never been
evaulated, so it may not be a fact.
Recently, I had a rough year full of a few close persoanl deaths, and a recent misscarriage..
well, None of those are a problem right now, for our relationship...
It's my bouts of anger and crying that are driving a wedge between me and my partner.
He ended up staying up with me after I cried
untill 5 in the morning.
He claims he forgives me, and I believe him.
I just want this to work.
We have been together for a year and have been living together for 6 months.
He told me he knew I had issues when he got with me, and that was alright with him,
because he is not perfect either..
I just need to know how to handle myself.
I've been so confused.
fyi- my health insurance is running out, I don't know when...But that's another problem.

sullen,

Your guy sounds like a very nice man. Perhaps he will stick with you and help you through.

Why is your insurance running out? If you are concerned about paying for your meds, there are other ways to get what you need. There are some great generics out there, most drug companies have programs for folks who can't afford to buy them, etc.

Is there a diagnoses for the depression?

Cary

I would consult a health professinal about BPD and being tested for that. There are a great number of new medications on the market now for depression. While you still have nsurance, I'd get a full check up.

Thank you both.
I just needed an outside opinion.

Can I ask a question?
What are you angry about?
Is it your boyfriend but you don't want to believe that it is really him that is the problems?
