After talking with this man that works in the frozen food dept of a grocery store - he just raved about the benefits he and others experience in taking a natural, organic, unfiltered (name brand Bragg) Apple Cider Vinegar with the "mother" ingredient. He said that he just takes a big ole swig each morning and it stopped his hands from hurting and aching - lowered his cholesterol etc.....and has been doing so for some years now.

So, I bought a bottle and kept it in the fridge for a couple of months now - and finally broke it open and poured it straight into a shot glass yesterday and swallowed it.

Was immediately transported back to the days of dying easter eggs as a child - ha ha!!!)

Anyway - after doing this, I THEN decided to go to the Bragg website and I found out that you are really only supposed to take - like 1 or 2 teaspoons diluted with honey and water........

I felt like I was on some sort of speed or something all day yesterday!

So now, after spending most of the day yesterday on the web researching this - I have come up with an iced tea mixture of green tea bags, mixed berry tea bags, LOTS of honey and the Apple Cider Vinegar...it's still quite tangy - but much more palatable than the Easter egg flashbacks 😉

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone else has taken an ACV daily regimen - and what the results are?

Thanks.

I just did a search at this site under the key words "Apple Cider Vinegar" and found my old thread of 2-21-07....over 4 months ago....same bottle!!!!! 🙂

Anyway, was good to back and re-read the great responses I had forgotton about!

Perhaps this might help some of the current threads about neck/shoulder/arm pain as well.

Sorry to be redundant.

I have never tried it. If someone has pain type it into a search and get some advice from Medical Doctors or something that has been approved by the FDA. I would always be suspicous of someone who is making a profit or selling something that they recommend. Having the sensation of speeding is not good for the heart it can stress it out.

I've always heard some positive benefits of Apple Cider, even tho I dpn't know where to find it.

You said TBT that you bought it from grocery store. Well, I've never spotted it in a grocery store. However, next time I go to the store, I will ask a clerk about it. I might even purchase it to see how true are these benefits.

Happy health!
