I think you might want to stay away from anything to "aerobic" but I know that stretching is always good, it keeps the muscles and joints flexible.

Thats why I love the internet šŸ™‚

I'd suggest looking around for a yoga studio and get in on some classes there. Very relaxing environment~

(((RW))), Good for you. I had to fight the urge to just lay around and eat ice-cream all day--of course working three jobs didn't help that!

I know you too have some financial crunches to work through, so maybe a studio isn't your best bet. BUT, online you can find out some beggining or at home pregnancy yoga moves and try those. I have a suggestion too that may sond funny but will I swear help in labor and later pregnancy--SQUAT! Clench your PC muscles and slowly squat down holding the back of a chair or the sofa as far as you can without feeling like you could lose ballance. Hold it for a few seconds, then back up. It helps retain some belly muscle for later, will help with pushing, and blatter control post-delivery, and will work your butt and legs just to feel shapely and pretty. I did it like Crzy with exoticbaby.

Thinking of you, hon, hope you find something taht works for you!

Try signing up for http://www.babyfit.com
They give you TONS of great exercises. Investing 20bucks in a stability ball is a great way to keep your core strong which is of utmost importance. I'm a bit of a health nut and can verify that the exercises on the webpage above are designed for pregnant women. Another website I really like is http://www.babycenter.com
Check out pampers.com also for coupons as well as huggies:) It adds up!
Its very important to exercise your core. I was going through alot of personal turmoil at that stage in my pregnancy and I wish I had focused more on exercise because I'm feeling it now:/ 20lbs to go....
