My husband of approx ten years is a slob, hes unorganised and tells me i cant have another child, he got a vasectomy without my approval.
He says it doesnt matter that we never had a wedding or a honeymoon, these things arent imp to him.
I hooked up with him when i had really low self esteem and now i just cant stand the sight of him.
He never helps around the house, or helps with the kids.
I have begun to really resent him and dream of living my real life.
I dont see a man who treats me like this, in it.

I'm sorry you have a slob. Makes ya want to throw him out w/ yesterday's trash doesn't it. I feel that way at times. My hubby isn't a slob but he doesn't help w/ much either. Was gonna say most men are like that, but I know some that are real clean freaks.

Have you thought of sittin down and tellin him how you feel?

Sounds like the two of you need to have an honest conversation, where you let him know how you feel, without being deliberately hurtful. If you are normally honest with him, and you are already sure he knows how you feel about his bad habits and his thoughtlessness, then you might need to consider counselling.

Well, you do have the right to expect help at home.

I don't think you have the right to approve or disapprove of whether yopur husband has a vasectomy. It is his body, after all.

Sounds like you got married to someone who isn't that compatible. Sorry.

A surprise vasectomy! The truth is, he probably will never have any more children. Now you, that's a different story.

I agree with WD about the fact that it's his body. However, my goodness, I just can't believe that he did that without even discussing it with you. Or maybe he did, I don't know. A vasectomy is so final. It can maybe be reversed, but a doc will tell you to consider it permanent.

Live the dream.
