yay 2B...such inspiration

MOnday I stay on my plan, and today i will stay on it too, i am going for at "least" 5 days on my plan to drop 1 or 2 lbs this week.

Yep, getting ready for my daily walk, i want to go for 1 1/2 hours, but i always end up only doing 1 hour...we will see, its coooollldd outside!!

Lost 4 lbs.!!!!

I am so thrilled..but I havent eaten much..not hungry..

Went hiking last night as usual.

I want another 11 lbs...but I know it will be slow.

What a great feeling it will be when I finally lose the weight..especially for the summer.

See....you can cheat one day and eat..then the next day get back on schedule and still lose.

Camer looks like its just you and me now. Thats ok. How are you doing?

wow 4 lbs ***you go girl***..that is awesome...well i peeked on the scale and i am down 1 lb....as of today...now i have to keep working out, eating less and hopefully monday that -1 or -2 will show.

You are such inspriation 2b!!!

and i think its so true, the less you eat the less you will weigh!!!

oohh yes Wed will equal 3 days I am on my plan and sticking to it...no cheating!!!

ooooooooh yes, sunday, will be off the charts, with drinking and eating...well not "too" off the charts but I am going to do an extra long workout Sunday am, to at least make up for my pigging out!!!

Another lb. lost today...been so busy working that I dont have time to eat now.

No Super Bowl party for me this year..I know that if I go, I will eat the goodies and gain the lbs. I've lost.

Well Camer..we have another 3 days then you can have one cheat day..so make it Super Bowl.

last nite **i cheated** had some chips, maybe too many, about 20 a big handful....probably 6 points over my daily #......its ok, i slipped...I am making damn sure that 2day, frid & Sat are **on plan**...that way this week will only be 2 cheat days...and hopefully i can still lose a lb or so.

I just shoveled and burned 300 calories, and now to houseclean for 2 hours...tha'tll burn about 400 plus more calories.

I am jealous!! you lost another pound, well you deserve it!! you are working the program!!

You do a lot of good exercise, so don't be to hard on yourself that you slipped. WE all do.

Good job 2BHappy.

I ate 3 tacos last night for dinner. I did good yesterday and should again today. On track at this point.

No weighing for me....I only go by my clothes and how I look in the mirror.

I walked/jogged with my dogs for 1 hour yesterday and hit the punching bag for about 10 minutes. Did some squats and lunges and called it good.

today....walk for one hour...and sticking to my plan....weekends are tough...but since I already had one cheat day this week, i realize i will never lose if i keep "cheating"....so today and 2morrow I want to, i have to stick to my plan...i can do it...i hope I can do it..i'll keep you posted!

yes Camer you go girl...stick to the plan today and tomorrow..Remember come Sunday you are going to have your treats for Super Bowl.

If we keep doing what we always do...we will get the same results..so no more cheating.

I am going to stick to drinking lots of water today...have had a migraine on and off the last 2 days..maybe I am dehydrated.

I wrote everything I ate yesterday and I thought I had done pretty well..but when I counted the calories it was around 1500-1700...
the scale is the same today but I've lost almost 5 lbs this week from where I started.

Good luck today..WILL POWER!!!

this morning, had a mini Almond joy, a mini reese, and a mini dove...i had the craving...its ok, cuz the points are counted, and now i just have to eat less today, and workout a lil' more to balance off.

Hi...how did we we all do for Super Bowl?

I hiked for 4 hours and when I came home I was so tired and achy I didnt even feel hungry. I stayed home and watched the game though..had my own deserts.

I didnt see any weight change..but its usually because I am sore the next day...tomorrow there will be a difference.

Now lets start on the first week of February to get rid of another 5 lbs.

How did you all do for the month of January?

I am down the 5 lbs. I set out to get rid of. I want those 5 lbs to be final and move on to the next final 5 lbs off my body.

waaaaaaaaaaaahhhhh....i am only down.....freaking 2 f**ing pounds...I didn't lose any or gain any this week, but my month is baaaddd...i think too its cuz i am pre mentr...and I have water weight gain, cuz yesterday I was "down" 2lbs, and i know i couldn't gain 2 lbs over nite....so what can ya do.........i am pushing for month of February......just 2lbs a week and i'll be happy........on a good note, i am in my calorie range, and worked out....so i should be happy, i am 2 lbs less than last month! not alot but every bit counts!!!

and good for you 2b for keeping on your 5 lb a month!! you go girl!!!

Congratulations on those 2 or rather 4 lbs. maybe its just water retention..happens to me too..if I dont have dinner one night and drink lots of water that day..the next day the extra 2 lbs are off.

Keep up the good work..

Its a brand to month to start off again...!!!

Ok so I have been bad lately. I am going to go on a tight diet. I think I gained enough back to be done.

Tonight though bad call. I had taco bell. So2 tacos and a mexican pizza. Then I had some fried mashed spuds with cheese and corn. Then, (yea there is more) pudding, an orange and something else, I just dont remember. So bad. I feel sick. I have been going a bit crazy lately without working out so much.

I mean when I could I would work out at least 4 hours and when I didnt work it wold be 8 hours, or more. I ate a lot, but I was working out so I was muscle. Now, I am eating more, with not so much exercising. I need to stop. Help please.

your not alone Billy......just get back to working out, and eating maybe a lil' less, and still have some junk food, so you don't deprive yourself.....dieting is hard, its a lifetime thing, that i think everyone needs to do.

I only work out for3 hours now. I miss my 8 hour work outs. I was addicted.

I am use to 8 hours or more. Now my work outs are boring. Cant run, barley walk. So I do a lot of weights, sit ups and pull ups. It was kind of funny the other day I had a piece of glass come out of more torso. Fun stuff.

I love working out. I miss running. I use to run down my favorite road all the time. Actually the road I was hit on. I love it. Well loved it. There is a view of the water. Good stuff. I miss it.

Billy..how did you manage to work out for 8 hours?

How did you get hit and are you ok now or getting better?

Having been posting so much but been following the plan...so far lost 6 lbs since January 1st.
