Bitsy, lets just say i'd "love to be 154"........but i have more than that number showing on the scale!!

Actually, i can't even remember when i was 154.....I remember when i was 136 (i think a size 6) 145 (a size 8), then i jumped to 160 (a size 10) and now i don't even want to talk about where I am at now. Well, yes I will I am a size 14, i used to be a size 16**last year**....(I lost 17 lbs last year and only one size, but its 17lbs gonzo)!!!

So 154, to me Bitsy is a good number, sounds healthy!!!

Today, i am sticking with my calories and not going overboard...i guess i like to eat if i am bored or not even hungry and thats why i pack on the pounds. I eat too much, plain and simple. Luckily, i love, love love to workout. So i know after 2day i'll have Mon,Tue,Wed,Fri as "healthy" days.....now if i can just muster thru Sat & Sun....time will tell 🙂

Ok my stats and numbers are out for all to see...now to hit that *send* button and there is no turning back!

oh Gosh..I slipped last night. We had a family dinner last night and my daughter brought pastries and they were so good....ate too many of them.

Back on track today...had my magic muffin and planning my meals very careful today.

2b, what kind of muffins do you eat..the premade ones at the store or homeade...I love muffins, i have tried the Vita muffins, there good but pricey...and I know South Haven farms has some good recipes that use Splenda...haven't checked em out yet.

We all slip!! look at me I think Thurs nite...2day i am doing ok, but tonite, going to the drive in movies and some Pizza, ooooh no pizza!! i will try to keep my slices to a minimum...we will see 😉

These are premade ones..but very healthy almost homemade..We have stores here called Trader Joes and they sell very healthy and natural foods. These muffins are Apple/Cranberry Bran Muffins..they have 13g of fiber in them.

Pizza...yummy....you guys have drive ins in NH? We dont have that anymore.

Right now I am having a subway and a large diet coke...dont really drink carbonated drinks..but its hot here today.

I'll have to count the points..maybe skip dinner or have a very light salad.

wow 13 grams of fiber, sounds potent!!

I did pretty good, only had 2 slices last nite, i am doing my weigh in on Tuesday and i'll see if the scale went down a pound, thats all i want is one measly pound!

Subway, yummy, good meals, cheap prices and extra veggies make it even better!

I can't make the scales move!!!!! I was looking back at the Spring when I was really doing You On A Diet at Real Age dot come. I was 142 now this morning the scales say I am 155. My ex-husband once weighed himself on them and said they were 7 pounds off. These scales are about 10 years old. Do you think it is time to buy new ones???? I cannot be this heavy and wear the size clothes I wear and I cannot continue to starve myself and eat healthy and not drop an ounce. Ughhhhhhhhhhh Frustration!!!!

bitsy, best way to test a scale is get a "hand weight" say either 10 or 12 lbs if you have one, and weigh it.

My scale has got to be about 15 years old, and sometimes it goes off a pound or two, or so i think...but when i weight it with some free weights, it is accurate.

Bitsy.....155lbs makes me jealous!!
someday i hope to be there 🙂

I eat 1400 calories to maintain my weight. I usually swim in the Summer; but the weather is not a normal Summer. I started kickboxing. I just want to lose weight about 5 pounds. It is difficult to not go out and eat ; but the high sodium is really not worth it. I do ocassionally, but at certain places. Keep up with the good work!!!!!!!

Bitsy..you are a great inspiration to us. We want to get where you are. and you eat 1400 cal to maintain your weight? I should probably eat 1000 cal a day and lose the weight.

Kept my points yesterday..I think since I havent counted them.

Today should be a good day. I will envision Bitsy's weight in my mind and what she does to maintain it.

Good work everyone.

Camer..you will get there..just slowly but surely and you will keep it off forever.

slowly but surely is my mode....

i am weighing myself 2morrow am, kinda late but i was just so busy, between work and yard stuff and always on the go go go....

yesterday, was off the charts, i guess emotional eating, big time, had leftover pizza, didn't even care! BUT, i was hungry, or so i thought, at 8pm last nite, and I said NO, do not eat anything, and I didn't and felt good about that.

Today, english muffin w/penut butter, and subway lunch, and salad for dinner, and 1 hour 10 minute walk today. I'll be ok!!

yes, the scales are on my side...i lost one pound last week, whew!! and so far this week, now i am down a pound, i need to get away from weighing myself daily, another obsession!! I am on track though with eating, eating good & staying in points range!! yay!

Another loose dress. Loose in the waist no less!!!! Threw the scales in the garbage and they left this morning!!!! I understand that if you are going to weigh yourself it is best to do it every day, that way you can get back on track faster.

ooh thanks Bitsy, i know on WW's they tell you to only weigh once a week...i like doing my morning or at least 5x a week weigh in's, it does keep me on track.

I know last year, i put on 6 lbs, cuz i wasn't weighing in regularly, this year, i am not gaining, if anything losing slowly.

Yay, for you for a looser dress!!!

Hi everyone.

I have been so busy and my mind has been on overload. Yesterday I did ok..didnt eat very much in the morning but I got home and made me a sandwich with french bread..turkey & cheese..dont think that was that bad..BUT then I had purchased a Carrot and Zuchini bread type of cake and I ate a lot of that then I was feeling guilty and full. Woke up at 3am with heartburn.

Now I have been waking up every day at 3am..I dont know how to break that cycle..I used to sleep through the night..now it takes me a couple of hours to fall back at sleep..

Anyway..have a great day everyone and keep up the good work.

i wake up around 3am also...i think the reason why i can't fall back asleep is so much going on in my head, i need to give my mind a rest.

I have 3 good days this week and 2day should make 4.....and hopefully again, i can just lose that 1 lb a week!

I think it must be the phase of the moon or something...I am not sleeping well either. Funny story...several weeks ago I was "away at the bay" on vacation with some friends. She and I talked and I said I wanted some pantalette type things or a slip that was pants so that my upper inner thighs wouldn't rub together or I wanted liposuction there so they wouldn't rub together. Since I moved, I am in a neighborhood and I take Baby Boy Dog around the neighborhood several times a day to take care of his business. Yesterday I was wearing a skirt and realized that my thighs weren't rubbing together and getting raw. Hey! It's progress!!!

yep, i have the legs rubbing together syndrome, don't know if i can ever get rid of them, inner thighs are hard to work on...good luck with your progress!

Yep..leg rubbing syndrome too. Most of my weight is on my thighs.

Went on a hike today with Honey D..then came home to clean house so I burned off a few calories.

I might start appetite suppresant for a bit to give me a kick start. I cant stand this weight..keeps going up and down.

Weighed at the gym at the condo where I do open houses...after lunch no less...I have lost 6 pounds this summer. Whooo hoooo! I KNEW those old scales had to be flawed. (I am taking this weight loss from the 155 the old scales told me I was.)

Ok...lets get back to our diet.

I now have a renter all moved in. Camer has a buyer and planning on her new home in MA..that is exciting.

So...nothing to make us stressed out enough to eat...

Lets lose 5 lbs this month.

GUESSSS WHHHHHHHHHHHHATTTT!!!

i LOST 3 LBS LAST WEEK!!! AND 1 LB THE WEEK B4.....SO NOW i AM Physched....i haven't seen this number on the scale in literally "years"....and I am happy that I am at a low, and losing 2 straight weeks in a row!!! I think i needed this kickstart.......I am so happy, since last year when i started WW's I am down 21 lbs!!!
