Hi...on my way..
He actually sounded posessed...I have never seen him this way...he is getting worse...he actually hit me and tried to bite me. He has NEVER done that to me. He screamed until he fell asleep! I have to get my "difficult child" book out. I never thought he would ever be difficult..but as he gets older..he's giving me a rough time.
You know what...I really feel it is because he still needs a nap. He doesn't take them anymore..when I took his crib out and put in a toddler bed..he would lay htere and lay there forever and not sleep..so I thought maybe he didn't need naps anymore. But, the fits he throws are outrageous.
He's really cute "now" because he's sleeping. My other son used to do that if he didn't eat good. The only thing that baffles me is that sometimes he'll wake up like that. After he has slept..and just go into a fit about nothing..and it goes from one thing to another..until I'm crazy. I give in sometimes..just because I'm exhausted, and sometimes I just don't fell it's worth the battle.
AAAHHHHH!!!! My neighbors could hear him....I'm so embarrassed!!!

If I were you i would talk to my pediatrician next. I would make an appt with him specifically for this matter, and see what he says.
If you lose your cool when he is doing this it won't work...he will see you just as himself and may become more confused. So at least try to stay calm, in your voice and in your body language, but be FIRM and most importantly CONSISTENT. Being consistent is very important. Eventually he will know who is in control and it isn't him.
I was picturing this little guy with this little girl, and thought,,,oh, he doesn't like to lose and he doesn't like her being able to do it better!! OR he was thinking, 'this is a stupid game!' 🙂 He sounds like an awesome little boy, he has the foundation for a strong, motivated, no nonsense person...but of course if not under control it could reek all sorts of havoc.
best to you, i know it can be difficult. basically he sounds wonderful, but he has to stop those temper tantrums, and maybe your pediatrician can find out why.

((((soulsister)))) I agree with omw...talk to the pediatrician, stay calm, and find a good book to help you find what works for him.
God was kind to me in the kid department...he knew that I coldn't handle any more difficult children after I took my ex off his mother's hands. Little did she know she'd be getting him back!
Hang in there, sweetie!

(((soul))) my little one has decided that I need all her toys stuffed into my closet. I have an obsticle course to go through just to get to my clothing.
Ever have bubble bath in your toilet? That was a hard one to get rid of. Flushing just made it worse, bubbles everywhere...My little one thought it was a riot....

Ok...the little guy has been an agel for a couple of days...thank god!!
He took a bath earlier..his 2nd bath today..and he's been running around for an hour..naked. I keep telling him we need to get his jams on him..and he keeps say "no mommy..not yet" It's pretty cute. Anyway, he's playing with The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles..figures. They are about 3 inches high..and they have little numchucks..hopefuuly you all know what I'm talking about. The little sticks with a rope or chain in the middle..It's a little ninja weapon. Well, they are about an inch and a half long, and they are plastic so they are stiff..not loose where the pretend rope is attaching them. So, they look like a little V. He comes up to me and say "look mom" he turns around and they are stuffed between his butt cheeks..in his little crack..and he's running around with them sticking out. These two little sticks..sticking out of his bottom. I wanted to take a picture..soooo bad, but my camara battery is dead. I told him not to jump around with them like that or we might have to take him to the er to have them removed. He took them out...Oh my gosh!!!!!I never laughed so hard!!

oh, soul....what a cutie! You've got quite a character on your hands!
I really miss those days when I was the center of my son's universe, and he wanted to show me all of his tricks. He's 16 now, and wants to be with his friends most of the time...which is normal. We spent most of yesterday together. He cut my mom's grass, then he came home and cut down a dead tree for me, went to get a haircut, and searched for a job. He found one, and he starts on Tuesday...washing dishes of all things. The pay is better than minimum wage, and he doesn't have to rely on tips, so I figure it's a good thing.
So...enjoy this time. He'll always be your little boy, but they grow up so fast, and you will miss these days. Hang on to the memories...and savor these moments 🙂

He is constantly saying funny things..I need to keep writing them..so I have them later..to remind me of how sweet he is.. 🙂

Hey..Ready..gosh..I feel like i havent' really talked here..for months. The last couple of weeks have seemed like an eternity..I don't really even remember them!! It's like I dreamt it all.
B get sentanced 7-12..I'm not looking forward to the day..and in a way..I'm glad it will be over. He has a 2nd trial sched for october..and then..he's done.they will send him to prison. It just doesn't seem real..
I haven't been the greatest mother lately..I'm struggling with feeling happiness, and not taking how I feel out on my kids. It's so hard..and the guilt..is too much to handle.

You know, when my brother was around three, every morning on sunday we would have breakfast that consisted of doughnuts and my brother would always wake up with big wide eyes and scream "Doneynuts" and run down stairs. It was so funny and cute and the funniest part was that his head was really big for his body so he would trip a lot on his way to the kitchen.

Soul, havent seen you on either. Sorry to hear about B. I remember the day my ex was sentenced. I was in the court thinking, 1 year, 2 max. I can do this, no i cant, im leaving, im staying. Nows my chance, where will i go. !!!!!The judge said......9 years......I had no feelings, mouth open. Shock!! Hated his whole family sitting there,During the trial i knew it would be bad and they were like, you need to think positive. Yeh, like you know what my life with him was like, you hid when i needed help, the days i begged you guys to get him into recovery, it was mu imagination. Now, "9YRS". Leave the courthouse, ride home, look at the walls, cry, scream, laugh, dance, cry, scream....days, nites, weeks, months, years, Guess what, no one around, wheres the family....Years go by, getting older...still running to visitation, tired, ....im finished, goodbye! Soul, take a deep breath, day by day, thought by thought, put you first this time. Believe me.

There wasn't any family there..they don't care. They won't be there for sentancing..either. I don't even want them there anymore. Actually, his cousin is going to go. Se is going to visiting on Tues. evening..she loves him like a brother. She grew up with him..
Anyway..I think if B got 9 years..he would probably lay down and die..so would I. I don't know how you did it..He is thinking 1-3 maximum. I'm afraid it will be more.
Loverbee..very cute...doneynuts...3 year olds are the funniest..sometimes, my kids are the only thing keeping me going..

Thank you Smarterone..
When July 12th comes along..I'm sure..you'll see me around a lot. Needing support..that is when he get's sentanced. He is appealing some of the charges. Have you ever heard of the "Aggrivating factor"?? Well, the jury..after deliberating..were asked to vote on "the aggrivating Factor" I guess it means the judge doesn't have to follow the sentancing guidelines. Well, B was in stripes.chains and shackels..and the jury were not instructed to do this..before deliberating. So, B seems to think, his appearance..is a violation of his constitutional rights..being that it shows an admission of guilt, that he couldn't be in plain clothes..when the jury were voting.
They voted for the aggrivating factor..so...he could get a lot of time..even though..this is his first conviction..ever.
He seems to really like all of this law stuff..He said..if his idiot lawyer can do this..he sure could. B a lawyer..gosh..that would be so wierd. He's actually, smart enough..
Anyway..I'm going on and on...

I'm feeling really good today..I can't believe how "down" I was yesterday. Sheesh..I get out of control sometimes..with my feelings..
Anyway..

He was in street clothes..during the trial..but..after delberation..they brought him back in stripes...and the jury was asked then..to vote on the "aggrivating factor" oh..and also, before the vote..they brought up his original charges. Possession..unlawful entry into a vehicel..and theft. Even though his friend who's car it was wrote a letter on B's behalf stating that he had permission to take a part off of his car...and the theft and unlawful entry were f-m dismissed..the DA still was allowed to present it before the vote. He has not gone to trial..on the posession part..which has not been dismissed. It's just so unfair..

You are going to see how unfair the judicial system is. I didnt believe what my ex told me. He said that his lawyer would make a trade for a bigger case. I didnt understand. I think he was right. They allow the other side to win, so they could make a deal for a case they are making more money on and will give more credit to their name. I definitely think he was sold out. Money talks, bullshit walks.

I do believe it is very unfair...I'm not looking forward to 7-12..If it's bad..it will effect so many lives. His little boy's most of all, Mine, too, and of course..his.
I have heard similar things...about them making deals..DA's and the court appointed attorney's. If it's bad..I WILL get an Attorney..and appeal it..It should be fair..I know..he deserves some punishment..but it should just be fair. We'll see...
