Hi there,
If there was one reason to go to therapy...its anger. Its the only emotion that I have a hard time knowing how to deal with. Sadness, is different...sadness you get out there and keep busy and it starts to subside...but anger if not dealt with properly can seriously effect both your mental and physical health. You need to vent it out, if therapy is not a solution for you, then try journalling or writing letters you will never send. There is no magic wand that you can wave to make anger subside, its like steam, its a pressure build up and it has to be let out safely.
Perhaps you could start by telling your story here? It really does help.
