Getting better with age - like wine? I can relate to that! 🙂

One of the few chances we actually can "turn time back"...

Turning time back sounds exciting...but would you really want to go there - back in time?

i personally ...think changing the time is rather silly. time is time...some times of the year it gets dark and cold early...other times we see light for hours at night..

anyhow...at this time of the year..where we get to set the clock back....We do 'gain' an hour in the morning -if we continue to get up at the same time we had been getting up..as our bodies have been used to awakening at a certain hour...

This is the time to continue to get up and take advantage of that hour ..to use to do the things we all say we don't have time for... like excercise for 20 minutes..do yoga..meditate...take some time just for healthy or fun reading....
just a thought..
but hey... i slept the extra hour.
