well this is a little set back i have farther to go than i thought. I thought i only needed to loose 25 pounds when i actualy need to loose 45 pounds. wow. why couldnt the scale have gone in the other direction lol

Hello RW!

I am trying to trim down myself, used to have a really nice figure but I've gotten really bad lately! Need to lose about 20 pounds. I'm just going to take it one pound at a time. I play soccer also so this should keep me fit, but would like to do some aerobics/pilates too.

So...how much have you lost? What are you doing to lose it?

actualy i havent lost anything as of yet i am trying to eat a little better and i know with my passt its kinda scary but i am just eating healther. I try and eat all of my meals. And i dont get the chance to get out much but when my boys go to be i actualy go out side and do gardening i do that for about 2 hours and i love doing it too

I can appreciate the 20 pounds off in the wrong direction. I need to lose about 20 myself. I have started walking in the afternoons I am off & ride horses at least twice a week. I never realized the muscles used just horseback riding. I have also started eating healthier. However, I do not deny myself a snack ( ice cream) if I want it I just do not eat as much and will walk an extra lap. Have lost 2# last week. Good Luck Ladies!
