Hi all,
I was talking to a friend last night about Co/Dep issues. She was Very interested in finding out more but doesn't have access to internet. Can anyone recommend a good book that explains the basics of co dependency?
She suffers from anxiety disorder like myself and was interested in how we tend to become very dependent on others in this situation.
Any help gratefully recieved.
Thanks and take care everyone.

what i can suggest is the following books that I've read and find it quite "resourceful".

a)ASK BARBARA - The 100 Most-asked Queations about love,sex,and relationship ( author BARABARA DE ANGELIS,P.HD)
b) When your lover is a liar by SUSAN FORWARD P.HD

alternatively, you may like to print some of the threads and give it to her since she don't have the access to internet.
