I asked the pharmacist and he told me that there were no interactions with the two different medications ... so I am up in the air about being so tired

GEESh,,, that is exactly what PS used to say to me too!!!!!!!

Yeah I did change the phone number but he now has it... I caved... I called him from it...

I remember he was so mad when he knew I changed it... He told me that if I ever called him from the cell phone that he would NEVER call me at the new number.... that lasted for a few hours...

I did go two weeks, however, before giving him the new number

Ah, to sleep again. I have been taking Ambien to help me sleep at night. I was so anxious when I first moved into my home and did not have KH around, that I couldn't get a wink of sleep. Now the Ambien isn't working for me so much anymore. I thin I have build up a resistance to it. I'm gonna not take anything over the Christmas holidays and wean myself off of it.

WOW!! I cannot believe you are a lot like me.. I take Nuestra ... something similar to Ambien.. maybe the generic for it..

AH HA!! Maybe that is what is causing the daytime sleepiness.. because I did take a sleeping pill last night...

I was getting resistant to the sleeping pill too...Happened to me right before I went to get the anti-depressant.. I would take the sleeping pill and only be able to sleep for 4-5 hours....

I remember when you did't give him your new cell #. I knew that he would call you on it and he would get that number from you. He HAD to have it. YOU HAD THE CONTROL AND HE COULDN'T STAND IT. He was full of hot air and threats. He and KH MUST have been cut out of the same mold!!

What do you do for work? Does being sleepy have any affect on what you must do?

This is so embarassing.

I have a teaching degree

Early Childhood Education

right now working part-time in a supermarket
I am a cashier and now they want to train me for scanning coodinator

the benefits are good

I did not teach because I had the boys and stayed home with them

substute teaching.. but could not do that after their father left because I needed benefits after the divorce

and when I filed for divorce the kids were still too young

so I sacrificed for them and have not been able to get the confidence to go back to teaching

I think you may be taking Lunestra. I am in pharma. and my friend sells that sleeping product. We call him, "Larry Lunestra!!" It tends to have a metallic taste associated with it. I am gonna try Ambein CR, I think.

WOW, a teaching degree! I'll bet once the boys get older you will return to teaching. That is a wonderful career goal. I know you can do it! Would you teach K-5 or 5-12?

Lunestra comes in two different strengths 2 mg or 3 mgs. Ambien CR is 6.5 (for elderly) and 12.5 for younger folks.

That is why I am on such a mission

concerning my son and his acceptance of having ADD and learning disability

I was not diagnosed until a few years ago and even though I achieved in school, I was able to compensate..

He sticks up for himself in school

when there was too much noise and distraction he told his teacher that it was too distracting and that he has ADD

I see the PI's for products everyday, that is why I know about these things!

I think working with little ones or Sp Ed would be very rewarding. I worked in our church nursery for 17 yrs. I was coordinator for the newborn nursery. I loved it.

That is good that your son is not fearful of speaking up in school and alerting his teacher to his limitations/distractions. Is his teacher willing to work with him?

Make sure when you take Lunestra or any sleeping aid that you are already in bed with NO plans to get up again.

One time, I took an Ambien and got up, ate some dessert and have no memory of it. I knew I had done this b/c there was one piece of pie gone and the dish was in the sink the next morning!!

Even put the dish in the sink.... LOL

Yeah.. I am wondering if the lunestra

is causing the sleepiness

but did not have a problem with it

before taking the paxil

but I see such improvement already

with the paxil I would not want to stop it at all
