A couple of weeks ago on my homepage, it showed the veri-chip has been approved by the FDA. There is a lot of info on the web about the veri-chip. I just looked up under veri-chip and read some of it at the time.

Ya know, I don't think we will ever have a fantastic president. Here's why...

Anyone who thinks that they know enough or are smart enough or deserving enough to be president of the United States has something really seriously wrong with them. A severe case of Megalomania. Anyone who has this belief is by definition a narcissist in that he or she has an overinflated senses of self and delusions of grandeur.

It's inevitable that whoever ends up willingly running this country will be a psychopath.

The reason the Dems have lost
the White House, The Senate,
The House of Representatives. and the
Supreme Court is because they are
divorced from mainstream America.
It's been forty years since
I've had Civics, but I know
that thE MAJORITY RULES.
America has spoken and the mainstream
wins again.
I am a registered Democrat, a
Reagan Democrat. I didn't
leave the Democratic Party they
left me. Ask any other
middle class White divorcee
from Central New Jersey what
the liberals are doing for them
and the answer is the same as the
number of French that died on Normandy
beach. ZERO

Hey Gingerleigh, I checked out that "marry an American" site. What a riot! I am not sure if I would be bold enough to do such a thing- kind of seems like most of those people will end up here seeking support in their relationships-LOL. Kind of a recipe for disaster imho. Thanks for the laugh though. Freya.

gee- middle class divorcee from Jersey? Hmmm. Ask any person living in the South Bronx who works 60 hours a week and STILL can't support their family what conservatives do for them? There is an entire class of people keeping this country going that are being completely ignored by Republicans. Democrats are no prize when it comes to this, but Republicans are totally blind...unless you want to admit to selfishness.

Artist 2, I guess I don't belong here anymore if I can't express my real feeling and opinions. I am a mormon and that is part of my background and belief system. I won't force it onto anyone else but my issues that I share here are personal and that is a factor in what issues I am dealing with in my life. Trust me I try not to be self-righteous and I try to not come across that way.

No, I am not hyponitized. I am actually deathly afraid of that in my life. I listen to conservative radio talk shows and believe most of what they say.

Bush is a long way from being God and I misread the meaning of southgoing post above my post.

Listen utahgirl,

I have known some mormons, and they have been pretty good people - this is not a personal judgement against you. I was raised very religious, but now that I am older and have studied the subject in school, I find religion...well, a little creepy. And definitely not good for the whole world.

All the bad things (the crusades, the oppression of the south americans by the spanish, the annihilation of the native americans by our ancestors, the oppression of all women, the oppression of african americans in this country, the palestinian/israeli conflict, the irish catholic/protestant conflict, the current war in Iraq) have resulted in different opinions of whose god is right and whose side god is on.

I just feel that "God" is a concept that we can't begin to address. We should stop worrying so much about what God thinks and worry about what is going on right now. Because God has never helped to move this world forward (Does Galileo ring a bell?)

I am trying to understand your position, but I just can't. You have a right to your opinion, however, and I respect that. I hope you feel you can continue to post here.

I understand Artist that a lot of bad things have happened in the name of religion. God and religion is always a touchy subject. I live in a culture in Utah where religion is almost not separate from government.

My beliefs about God differs quite a bit.

I will post here since I need feedback sometimes from you guys but I try to be honest and give all the information that I can so I can get good feedback. If you don't know all the facts how can you give feedback that will help.

Sorry for the bad day everyone!

I voted for Kerry. Just moved to Nevada from Cali - so it was interesting to see how the states set up polling differently - you would think with all the problems in the various states with voting that it would be done uniformly. Nonetheless, my 7 year old was allowed to accompany me and we both worked very hard for the Kerry campaign so it was fun for him to push the buttons with me. He feels like we both voted and we both got a big sticker to flaunt for the day.

Anyone see Fahrenheit 911? Wow, what a great movie. I am very sorry that Bush has won, but nevertheless, she my tears and have accepted the fact. My b-day is inaugration day - I remember the egg throwing at his last inaugration -he coundn't even get out of his limo - HA maybe this time body parts should be thrown. I personally think the dumber you are the better chance you have, or maybe he'll just go on vacation as he did 42% of the time. Well, he cannot cut terrorism funding from the F.B. I. cause he already did. Maybe this time he will read the security briefings that he is given. I wonder what would have happened if he read the one that said Osama would attach us via plane. Hmmm???? Its funny how the day after 9-11 Ricky Martin couldn't even reach his destination via air because all flights were grounded yet somehow 24 members of the Bin Ladens' were allowed to leave the country. No questions asked. Isn't it ironic on 9-11 that Bush, Sr. was in the presence of Osama's 1/2 brother at the annual conference for the Carlyle Group - an defense fund group that both have major investments in - and who benefits from this fund? Well in Dec, after 9-11 the defense fund profited a total sum of 237 BILLION dollars, you see its not about democracy for the Bushs' its about making money. ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY! Did you see our Pres. in that Florida classroom on 9-11 when he was briefed that the US was under attack - he sat there - he didn't know what the hell to do. SCARY! I could go on and on but it appears the blunt of the American people have spoken are are happy with Americans dying senselessly,or Bush would not be in office today, and as a result of 9-11 Beware - the Patriot Act is in effect - the Gov't has has the right to listen in on phone conversations- know what books you check out at the library, and probably before the next 4 years are up - will control these web sites and this way of voicing our thoughts and feelings will sure be a thing of the past. Stay tuned....

The Democrats want to save
the whales and kill the babies.
The only entitlement should
be Medecaire and Social Security.
My eighty year old mother who is
a widow of a World War II and
Korean War Vet who worked and
paid in for 50 years has earned that.
Anyone that is willing to work
and sacrifice can get health care.
It's a matter of choice. And
speaking of choice. Paying
for abortions with my tax dollar
is out of the question. When
my 24 year old daughter got
pregnant (to a Puerto Rican kid),
she knew to come to her Republican
relatives for support for BOTH
of them. We are not religious
Right Wing zealots. We are not
hypocrtites, we are not judgemental,
and our sense of right and wrong is
not stupid or facist.

Hey there Mzrella,
OK you don't need boots that high unless you are going to the north. They get sick amounts of snow. Last winter, I was at my cottage and we had snow drifts up to 6ft high- it was cool, my friends and I built an ice bar on the frozen lake. In the urban areas though it is not so bad- and the city stays ahead of the roads and walk ways. The temperature on the other hand sometimes dips below -20 and we get a wind chill of -35. That can get pretty evil. Otherwise, summers are amazing and the fall is spectacular- except for the leaves that have to eventually hit the ground. I raked 28 bags yesterday. Luckily, it was a beautiful sunny day. Come to think of it, I could use some squatters to help me with my yard work. *wheels turning* c'mon up. 😉

har har har. I would advertise for a canadian boyfriend, but who wants to date a chick pregnant by some other dude!

I am so sick of people saying anyone can get healthcare. Guess what? I have a full time job, my own home, my car is paid for. I struggle to pay my freaking electric bill every month. I cannot afford to pay for private healthcare.

I've had to pay out of pocket to see my neurologist and it sucks big hairy a$$.

My 2 cents worth,
The republicans do have an image, but not always true, of not caring for those less fortunate in society.

The democrats have an image, but not always true, of putting government too much in controll of our lives and being too taxing and free spending.

Its too bad there's such an angry divide.
What really turns me off about this years politics are all the conspiracy theories.

George Bush is not hitler.
Fahrenheit 911 was not a documentary and was biased.
George Bush does care about Americans.

John Kerry is not a communist.
John Kerry has great ideas that would help this country.
John Kerry does care about Americans.

My daughter is due in two weeks.
She is living in the house that
I paid for and signed over to
my ex wife. My ex lives with
her boyfriend in a Condo right
on the beach. Both are self employed
and make good money. Neither have
health care. They wear those
stupid T-shirts that say "Somewhere
in Texas a Village is Missing an
Idiot." I'm paying my
youngest daughter's tuition,
room and board and healthcare
as well as child support. So
much for the FAIR divorce laws.
That's why I'm so angry against
liberals. By the way, my son in
law to be is not very
intelligent, but has a PURE heart.
I'm using my contacts to get him in the trade's union. My daughter
loves him therefore I accept
him. I may be bitter about my
divorce settlement, but I am
not racist or selfish. There are
a lot of good hearted well intentioned
liberals, but all too many
want it both ways.
