Every have the experience where you are getting signs in life - direction on which way to go with your life? Like, a license plate that reads, "go" and the state is across the country. If you were considering moving, would you go to that state?

No - I dont believe in signs like that, if you did everything based on those things, dont you think that you would be letting everything else control your decisions?

I don't know if I would see it as everyone making your decisions for you. Did you ever see the moving sliding doors? There are some things (I believe) that will happen regardless of who you are with or where you are living. Certain things will happen no matter what and we can't escape those things. But maybe we shouldn't focus so much on whether or not something is a sign, but where we are going. I guess if we watch what we are doing closely we will be able to see what things are happening over and over again because of our choices and what things happen independently. Ultimately every thing comes back to some choice an individual makes and nothing is left entirely up to chance. But coincidences seem to lead us to believe something larger is at work and who knows? I think I just talked myself in a circle.

Silence,

I get the impression you are a fairly young man, and you are on the East Coast - so you might not remember or know what this is. But, back in the 70's there was the big surge of "store brand" products that came about. There was a grocery store in California that had what they called "Plain Wrap" - the cans were all wrapped in just a white label with a blue stripe on the bottom and in plain black lettering is said the name of the product, i.e.: corn, green beans - whatever.

Anyway, someone on campus had an old white car - they painted a blue stripe all the way around it, and put in black letters "CAR" - I thought it was quite humorous.

Z.

i believe that we are all trying to get to the same place in life (happiness and love); we just have different ways of getting there. at one point or another we all get lost in the confusion. but remember that it is not the destination but the journey that matters.

i'm a firm believer that everything happens for a reason and what is meant to happen, will happen. there are signs all over the place, you just have to open your eyes and heart to it.

So it's OK to be a traveler and a wanderer. A friend of mine said to this that it's already decided, it's already all done. Our task is to relax and find out what it is. Trouble in relationships (or outside of them) is just part of the deal.

Silence, you can still get ahead. Why not get a plain white t-shirt and write on the front and back in indellible ink, "male" or "man"?
