Oh I'm so sorry. (((RW))). It sucks when that happens. People don't know what they do sometimes effects people. Especially since they don't know/ don't care how you might be feeling at the time.
I just thought you might need to talk.
Rest well though. Maybe tomorrow.
hugs,
ella

I have a little while sweetheart. What got me today was my family and I were at the grocrie store and when we came out there was a note sitting on the pasanger front seat. We have a I belive bumper sticker and a K-Love bumper sticker well anyways the note said something like "If you are going to say that you are a christian the least you can do is to clean your car" and it talked about how God would be unhappy cause my car was dirty. I know that the cleanlness of my car doesnt matter but its the fact that someone would put that note there

That is sick. Who knows what makes God unhappy or happy, but I'm sure leaving nasty notes in people's cars when they are minding their business is not one of them! Shame on that person! And shame on them for attacking you simply for believing in something. That's just wrong.
It reflects more on them than on you.

Thank you sweetheart. You are very sweet. We live in an appartment complex and our neighborh just had her child taken from her and most of the parents around here should. I dont let my kids play with there kids they teach them to pee outside instead of in the bathroom and there have been a number of times where this one child has just waltzed into my apartment. Im always afraid that the child was sent to steal something. Its realy hard living were we are at cause there is not a parent around here that I like. So we stay inside. I just wish that I had more friends so I dont feel so alone all the time

You can only do so much with the time you are given, and if you have to break that down minute by minute in times of crisis to make your decisions, that is okay. You sound like a spiritual person, and with out offending anyone else on this side of the boards (I'll change the wording of the phrase)- Life doesn't give you more than you can handle. Sometimes that seems like such B.S., I know, but sometimes it helps to think that we can get past things if we hold on... maybe things aren't the way we would like, maybe we are suffering greatly, but maybe we are doing the best we can... and that's all Life can ask of you.

Theres also another one I love and I will change it a little also. Dont worry about tomarrow hes got it under control so trust in him with all your heart and he shall make thy path strait. I think I will go to sleep with that one. Good night hunny thank you so much for chatting with me.

You sound like you have a huge conscience. You are not like those people from the sound of it, or half of the things you are writing about wouldn't even occur to you. I wish I lived near by so I could help you out. I could use friends too. Sometimes I wish that my friends that had kids and lost touch realized that just talking on the phone would be good enough to keep me as a friend. I realize mothers are busy. And would go visit and make life easier. Mothers get isolated and it's not fair. Some of the moms in my library bring their kids in there and meet each other. It's so nice to see them getting to know each other and exchanging phone numbers. It's easier tho b/c it's urban and they can walk there. Can you get to your library and take your kids to a program or just hang out there with them? Libraries are social centers and good resources. I'm biased cause I work in one!

unfortunatly my kids are too loud at this point they dont get shhh or be quiet. I am trying to teach them through the song the itsy bitsy spider cause I sing the first verse in a normal voice singing itsy bitsy then I go to tiny weeny in a very soft voice then its the great big spider in a very loud voice I am trying to teach them when and were its ok to use sertian voices but as of yet atleast my 2 almost 3 yearold doesnt get it. When he does I will go to the library but I usualy end up taking him back into the childcare room at my church cause hes so loud

Oh I'm sorry to laugh, Random, but I just read this and I can picture that child with his too-loud voice in all the too-quiet places. And so clueless yet!!
My evil sister actually bought this awful one-man-band kind of toy for my kids at that age thinking it was funny. Drum, horn, cymbals. (I got rid of it pretty quick!!)
Good idea about the song to show him how to use his quiet voice. If you just keep going to the library and keep talking about how important it is to talk softly there, he'll get it. (It won't be long, she whispers.)
Also make an effort to answer him promptly so he doesn't feel like he has to get louder to get attention. And it's nice to hunker down and speak more on eye-level (yeah right I know you're that agile right now!!). Hang in there, Random. You are such a sweetie.

Libraries often have rooms reserved for children. Toddlers are frequent visitiors! Especially during the day when most people are at school or work. That is a good time for mothers and their very young.
There are often programs just for the pre-k crowd. Some libraries are very welcoming and understanding of babies and their sounds! Especially if the parents are there and attentive and making an effort.
Pre-k kids and toddlers are the owners of brand new voices and lungs and it's natural for them to try and exercise them. There are research libraries who are not kid friendly, and then there are the more child oriented public ones. All libraries are not the same, but it might be worth checking out the ones you have access to.
Sorry if I'm pushing this. Our locals really rely on us for this stuff. It's just nice to have somewhere to go that's FREE!
be well,
