Will be keeping you in my prayers hon. Keep me updated about your health issues and visits as I will do the same about mine.

Congrats for the pc. It always feels great when you have you own stuff. Isn't it (((Sini)))!!!

I went today to see the doctor. He axamined me and asked me if I worked with computer to which I replied yes, he said that I had to make sure that I keep a good posture while working on keyboards.

He also told me that I 'd be better off using a backpack rather than a shoulder bag. That made me think about you (((Ella))) since you gave me this advice. I smiled at him and told him that a friend of mine told me the same thing.

He reassured me that it was not due to draft or cold but rather a muscle strain. The also recommended physiotherapy. Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww, I wish I could get a massage!!!!!!!!!!

Its good you have a doc´s opinion on it. Well, we know about the PC woes, they are there! I was told to do warm up exercises before starting at the PC, but I dont do it despite the number of muscles and bones affected. I always think its gonna be 5 min´s at the PC so I dont wanat to do a 5-min-warm up...The point is prevention is better than remedying, gosh, physiotherapy is the undoing of what we do for as long as we did it, right? Aat this point, Ras, Im glad you have a bath tub! The sore muscles do ache! And they do get a relief in warm water. I do think you dont want to catch a cold draft after warm a bath, though. In my athlete days, we had hot showers and wrapped up before catching the van home in winter.

Kitties are wasting away their energy right now, chasing each other. I think it was a good thing to get Caqui as a companion for Frisky. They have fun. Frisky is too frisky to stay alone, he he

hugs,

the problem is that I take a shower each morning and off to work. This is probably what made me get sick. I don't like to use hair dryer. Don't even have time to do that and can't start my day well without that shower.

I am glad frisky is glad with the new friend. that's what everyone keeps telling me that a kitty needs another kitty. I can't tho. I would love to get a dog. But we're not allowed here in my building. So, I have to postpone this fun for the time being.

Thanks for checking in!!!

(((Hugs)))
