Could you guys help me with this one? I am not sure which one I'm having. For example, I get hot suddenly, dizzy, breathing difficulty, nervous, think I'm going to die every time I see needle being injected in my arm, blood pressure check, lay on table for open mri, driving on the bridge, and afraid of high height. Is it anxiety or panic attack? Just wondering..

Panic is a "fight or flight" response situation. If you feel like you are going to lose control, it is panic. Panic is when you feel like something bad is going to happen wherein the situation doesn't dictate such an unreasonable response. Anxiety is a normal reaction to a stressful or dangerous situation. Hope this helps GiGi.
