hi washit,

there is a simple answer to your question: the rage will stop, when you are no longer feeling helpless and threatened by those who are next to you - or by life in general. But this simple answer is very difficult to fill whith life. There are loads of bits and pieces that have to come together: get some help for your self esteem, talk it through, don't allow people to walk over you, think about the relationships in your family - where is the love - what are the expectations - how do problems start - and keep talking, if possible talk whith the people involved.

You can get help whith a counselor, or you can put your problems here. Or you can find a good friend to talk things through.

Take care, Eve
