Does anyone else get angry at the spin of a hat? I can be cheerful and loving to my husband one minute and boom I want to rip his head off the next. He doesnt want children yet until i learn to control my anger does anyone know what i should do? are there anger management classes? if so how do i get there? Help

Yes , I am at a very angry stage now, so maybe we can relate better at this momen!
There "husband" are always nothing better to do than to hurt their wife. I don't understand if they nonlonger love their wife, why they don't choose to leave? They can go to hell with their so call love one (be it a man or a lady )

If you are working on controling anger. You might get a workbook called, "Managing Anger, Methods for a Happier and Healthier Life." The book is by Rebecca R. Luhn, Ph.D..
It's a workbook on helping you convert negative angr into positive energy. Give it a try.

Behavior mod is very helpful in helping you identify your anger and to not be destructive when you are. This I know. But WHY are we so angry? What's under there that has to ignite every time it's rubbed the wrong way? I wish that were as easy to deal with...

i think angry is good but too long in this emotion means you have a problem. try to manage your anger at the certer level. OR if you are angry, you can try this tip:
1. try to sit down when you are in the standing position.

2. wash your face coz it can make you feel fresh and your degree of angry also will decrease.

I have just admitted to myself that i have an anger problem, and have found some wonderful advise on how to go about finding the root of my anger - and then how to deal with it (see First Timer - need Ideas).

Just having someone to sit and talk to makes such a difference - i have felt really positive about going through this process simply because of the support i have here - my family find me a joke.

Its really worth sitting down and facing the reasons as to why you are angry, and then solve the issues whichever way.

Wan - i like your idea of forcing myself to sit - and also to go wash my face. In my time of anger i simply cannot think straight. but i hope that now i know i have to work hard at this problem, i may be more inclined to carry out such tactics. thanks for the tip!
