I have a question that some of the nurses on this site may be able to answer. When a man drinks excessively daily, does it make it harder for the male to have an orgasm? I know that many men can last forever if they have been drinking, but can it eventually lead to something else?

I have tried googling this and can't get any answers.

Thanks!

I think that I remember that it lowers the sperm count....(or was that smoking pot?) I don't recall.

I don't have a problem having an orgasm when I'm drunk 🙂

I do last alot longer, maybe thats why girls think I'm a stallion when I'm drunk 🙂

Then when were sober, I'm not that great 🙂

My ex is an alcoholic. He drinks anywhere from and 18 pack to a case of beer daily. Although he is my ex, we still sleep together. The last 2 or 3 times, he has not "finished". Sorry if this is too graphic. Anyway, I feel horrible, like maybe it's me. This has never happened before in the 6 years we've been together.

Any advice?

I know that the more my boyfriend has to drink the longer he can last and there have been a few times he could not finish at all. I know that it has to do with how much he has had to drink and just like Santino when he's not had anything to drink in a while he doesnt last very long at all. But not that its anything anyone else wants to know I kinda like it sometimes when he dont last that long. It catches him off guard to go that quickly and I think its cute. That could just be because its not very often that hes not drinking though.

#1 I think the alcohol probably really helps the younger guy to last.

However, the downside is that sometimes it isn't necessarily better sex for the woman. At some point, his "member" tends to lose its fullness and rigidity. There is a frantic attempt to enhance things so the "goal" is achieved, which just takes the romance out of the whole thing. If a guy is looking to be seen as a stud, turning the playground into HIS game is pretty egotistical. Most women like to think it's a two-way deal, not just a service she's had requested of her.

# 2 Alcohol is the opposite of intimate.

Sure, the alcohol gives him confidence, but there's some real lack of having to "engage" emotionally. Yes, the randiness and bravado are fun, and that's great sometimes, but alcohol as a prelude to sex every time just kills intimacy. Makes sex more mechanical.

# 3 And eventually.....that habit, if a man relies on alcohol for endurance, will backfire on him. As he ages, he is going to experience incidences of impotency......and the coolest thing about having an intimate non-alcoholic relationship with his partner (already established through plenty of awesome sensitive and sensual encounters) is that THEN is when she comes through for him and they can, without awkwardness, find some new ways to satisfy.

I'm just sayin'.

Whoops! Please "View All Posts" so that my belated response here is a little more understandable. Kind of embarrassing as it stands alone!

Hey Wish2B ~

Why would you ever think that if your ex can't finish it has something to do with you?

Maybe that's the bigger question you should ask yourself.
