Hi all

I have recently discovered i am codependant and am trying VERY hard to let go of my ex who is a borderline personality. I have heard of a few books that may be worth reading but i am pretty broke so i was hoping i could get a bit of feedback from those of you who found some sort of strength from a particular book & maybe i could narrow it down a bit to make a good choice.

Thanks Fool.

codependent no more is pretty good first reading.

and tho it's geared towards women, women who love too much really opened my eyes....it really went into how you can be codependent even if your childhood "appeared" normal.

check out amazon.com for used book prices...and go to the library, most have many self help books on the issue...or can order them in for you...that way you can read and then buy them if you want them for keeps.
