anyone?

Myself included.

Am taking baby steps to eliminate the "unnecessary chaos."

(Always gonna be some sort of chaos - in one form or another...par for the course for being human.....BUT....)

thinking to myself....in the faintest of whispers....that it's OK to feel better.

can I get a witness?

it's OK to feel better.

ahhhhh.

sigh.

hmmmm????

I know what you mean. I used to be drawn to chaos, because of my childhood. Now that I recognise this, I avoid chaos, if possible. Since it is sometimes unavoidable, I try not to respond to chaos.

How have you eliminated unnecessary chaos?

bevdee,

boy - that's a loaded question. How have I eliminated unnecessary chaos?

I guess that I would say that is all about the "emotional charge" I give to things and people and situations.

(What is really pertinent to the current given situation and what is just a fucking "left-over charge.)

I recognize now - that I have the power on just HOW MUCH emotional charge to give or not to give.

This is the soil from which chaos has an opportunity to thrive and go haywire..........or which I can "nip it in the bud."

To be able to stop the insanity....mid-stream....in the midst of spiralling downwards into fucking never, never dark-hole land...and realize that it is an old habit. An old aversion and attraction to something that just doesn't serve me well anymore.

Seeing the difference between the mountain and the mole-hill and not letting the chaos act as a damaging tornado in my life....... but rather as a gently breeze - with 5-10 mph VARIABLE winds.

(so - OK - I've been watching the Weather Channel recently heh heh!!!!)
