I have a 10 year old child. I currently just have my father's rights, and a third party is the guardian. The guardian seems to be a pathological liar, to the point he really may be a sociopath.. Anyway, everytime we take my child back after my weekends with her, she apparently walks inside the guardians house, and is so incredibly upset at things that "we are saying", when in actuality, none of it is true. Of course this is all coming from the guardian that she is telling him all of this stuff, and I have never heard anything about it from my child. My child always acts like she's having a good time when she's with my wife and I, and there are never any problems until she goes back home. We've been accused of telling her so many different things, ranging from things that have NEVER came up, to conversations that my child brought up, and, according to the guardian, are heavily heavily taken out of context. He's starting to use this as justification to keep my child from me, and I really don't know what to do. My wife and I get yelled at when she try to talk to her about what's wrong with her. We've been physically threatened. I know she's not being told these things, but I'm not sure whether those lies are coming from the guardian or my child, so I don't really know how to handle this.. Any advice would be great.

I can understand your problem, There are lots of problem that parents face with their children, they don't listen to you or are showing any other negative behavior then you should consult a family counseling to improve your parenting.
