Modern lifestyle has given rise to a lot of health problems to the people and mainly the teenagers. The technological progress, the fast paced living and the even eating habits of the people are some factors. A huge population of teenagers all across the globe is under tremendous pressure to excel in their life. So they have to be on their toes in order to attain the goal they want and this is the most crucial time of their life.
The teenage life is full of several types of curiosity and inquisitiveness. This is also a time to explore the world from a new angle as stepping into adulthood from childhood.
But it does not mean that you are free from the clutches of any kind of health disorder. Mainly the sleep disorder can also bother you at this time as well. Narcolepsy is one thing that can haunt the teenagers as well. As we all know, this problem causes excessive daytime sleepiness in the person and makes him or her drowsy and sluggish. They are not able to keep themselves awake and alert for a long period and doze off eventually.
