A few days back I noticed that my vision was getting blurred and objects appear out of focus and hazy to me. I immediately consulted an eye specialist nearby Toronto. After a thorough checkup, he said it was the starting of cataract, and it is better to take surgery for the quickest recovery. When I heard of surgery, I was a little tense because I'm not aware of cataracts, and it's procedures. However, I don't even think about having surgery in my life. The doctor itself referred me to one of the prominent centers for laser vision correction in Toronto. He said that it's only about 15 minutes procedure and there is nothing to worry about the procedures. Still, I read many reviews about cataract surgery in google to get rid of my fear about surgery, but it increased the confusions in my mind. Do eyes change after cataract surgery? Is laser surgery for cataracts safe? If you have got any experiences, please share it with me.

Blurry vision is the loss of sharpness of eyesight, making objects appear out of focus and hazy. The primary causes of blurred vision are refractive errors — nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism — or presbyopia. Blurred vision can affect both eyes, but some people experience blurry vision in one eye only.

The primary causes of blurred vision are refractive errors — farsightedness, astigmatism and nearsightedness — or presbyopia. But blurry vision also can be a symptom of many serious issues, including a potentially sight-threatening eye disease or neurological disorder.

There are many reasons why you might suddenly experience blurred vision, and they range from serious causes such as stroke, to less threatening reasons such as dry eye, a migraine or a change in your prescription.
