Hi all,

My husband Alex is a factory worker who died two months back while cleaning a machinery. He left me alone with two little kids. I don't know what will I do now.

I'm planning to file a wrongful death lawsuit against the manufacturer of that machinery. I would like to claim that the equipment was unsafe and inadequate training led to his tragic death.

In my search, I came across a lawyer dealing with negligent death cases in Woodbridge( https://www.campisilaw.ca/prac.....ful-death/ ). I would like to know more about them. Are they approachable? Any idea about their fee structure? Any comments or suggestions are always welcome. Thanks in advance.
