I feel stuck; I need advice on
how to work through my struggles and difficulties within my relationship. My
man and I have been together for over a year. All and all I do believe we have
a healthy, supportive, productive relationship. It was only until a while ago
that that thought changed dramatically due to him cheating.

I am waiting for an appointment
with a couple’s counselor, we both agreed to go. Is that a good step to take
towards healing? What other steps can we or I take towards repairing this?

Besides that I also needed help
with a current situation. My boyfriend cheating on me has really made me
anxious and nervous when he is around other woman, even just friends. I am working
through that but today I had a particularly hard time. He has gone out of the country
for business, only for a couple of days. We just got off the phone and he told
me he might meet up a friend or two. He gave the names and I know one of them personally
(she does not make me uncomfortable) but one of the girls is an old college
friend who I have had trouble with their relationship. I did not have time to
tell him how I felt uncomfortable so I starting writing my feelings to maybe
email him in a calm manor. Is that a good thing to do? Should I just wait till
he is back in a couple of days? I just get so anxious and full of anxiety
issues when I cannot talk about my feelings about a topic so sensitive. I just
can’t rap my head around the fact that he presented this possible meet with
woman so nonchalant. I would really just like help with what to do.

I do apologize if my thoughts
are a bit scattered, a bit nervous about writing so freely, first time I do it.
Well thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope to get some
feedback.

I am sorry to tell you that people who cheat, will do so again.  Do you really want to continue living this way?  In the end, it's up to you, but I am personally at a point in my life where I cannot forgive this kind of behaviour.  It appears that even though he has agreed to go for counselling, he is still out there doing what not with women in a private setting.  You might want to receive advice from other people on this site because I am very old school about fidelity & maybe what I am saying is outdated.  I wish you luck.
