Dear Lavenderpeace,

for me it's listening to peaceful music and when I am lucky enough being in the company of people that love me.  I also have a cat that I cuddle with.  Sometimes just a good long cry is helpful too.  If you get attacks of panic there is medicine that really works.  Sometimes I have to resort to that.

Thank you One Day, i will try that more often. I know there is medicine but with me being an exclusive bf mother its a little hard since i cannot take much. But i will not gibe up hope. Its the pins a needle feeling it get on my body that doesnt seem to go away.

what is a bf Mother?  Do you have an illness (medical or emotional)?  I do not understand about the pins & needles.  Please elaborate.

Hello One Day,
It means breast feeding mom, and the pins and needles feeling in
get that mostly on one side of my body i did go to the dr a couple of weeks ago and he told me that as soon as he saw me i had lots of stress lol how could he possiably know by just looking at me i guess i didnt want to see it myself i wanted to be supermom everything.. And now that i analyze it better everytime i get a little more stressed then usual i get the intensity of the pins and needles like somethings crawling on me, even my face feels numb.. Its a scary feeling.

Light and peaceful music is a good tool to handle the anxiety. If you participate in some sports and fun activites you can effectively handle your anxiety and depression. You can also do yoga wotkouts to reduce the anxiety and depression condition.
