I believe that all individuals have their own resiliency and personal strengths to sustain them through emotional distress. My role is to assist, support, and facilitate that journey as they heal, grow, and develop the personal power to become the individual they are meant to be.

Seeking counseling is the the healthiest step to take when experiencing personal struggles. Healing provides the opportunity for developing a deeper understanding of our self and our loved ones as well as a harmony and balance with life which opens us to more love, peace, joy, and happiness.

I believe that each client will guide me to structure the therapy session to meet their personal needs based on their personality and level of discomfort/stress. I am certified in Body-Centered Gestalt Therapy, so the body’s experiences are valued and supported.

I have additional training and experience in “Crisis Intervention” as well as ‘Play Therapy’. I am a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor, and use different modalities for emotional expression with clients of all ages, including art, music, imagery, sand tray, role play, and clay in addition to “talk therapy”.
