EMDR-Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing for individuals based on mutual assessment and preparation.
Workshops on a variety of topics, including Stress Management, Communication Skills, Career Development, Coping with Job Loss, Grief, Anger Management, etc.
Coaching for job changers (individually or in groups) to increase effectiveness of job search strategies, including resume-writing and interview preparation.
Critical Incident Stress Management/Debriefing–certified at the Advanced Level to provide these services.
OFFICE HOURS: Available by appointment, including evenings, weekends, online therapy, and telephone counseling. (prepayment for online/telephone couseling required).
