Philosophy: I believe in promoting wholeness and integration in the individual, as opposed to reinforcing societal expectations of the individual. Every person has unique gifts, which when nurtured, contribute to a feeling of mental-health and wellbeing. Many times a person is “disconnected” from his/her inner creative life due to the demands of the outside world. When this occurs, the individual is wide open for psychological conflict and disturbances of varying degree, from drug addiction to serious personality disturbances. I concentrate on helping the individual tap back into his/her natural creative inner life in addressing pressing problems.
Strengths: I have over 12 years experience working with couples on relationship issues, singles and the new phenomenon of online dating, college-age adults, gender issues and multicultural conflicts.
