| Insurance & Payments Accepted | Long Term Program: MnTC programs are some of the most affordable in the country and most applicants qualify for financial assistance with no out-of-pocket costs. Please notify us if you have medical insurance as we are an approved provider of chemical dependency treatment under many health insurance plans. Short Term Program: Program fees for the Short-Term Program are paid in one of the following ways: •The fees are paid by Consolidated Chemical Dependency Treatment Funds (CCDTF), allocated by the Minnesota Department of Human Services and paid on behalf of the resident. The majority of our residents use this method of payment because they have no personal resources available. Residents using this option pay no out-of-pocket costs. •Applicants must receive a chemical assessment from the appropriate social services office to qualify for Short-Term program placement and determine their eligibility for Consolidated Funding prior to admission. Applicants who qualify for Short-Term program placement but are determined ineligible for Consolidated Funding may choose one of the other payment options. •The appropriate social services office is usually located in the county where the applicant lives. Minnesota Teen Challenge will assist all applicants in determining which office to contact. Please call us for assistance. •The fees are paid by the resident's health insurance following a pre-certification of inpatient chemical health treatment benefits. Please call us for assistance with the pre-certification of treatment benefits process. •The fees are paid by the resident, using his/her own resources. •Minnesota Teen Challenge accepts most insurance for our Short-Term Program. |
