Are you wanting more out of life? You seem to be going along well, but there is an underlying problem that is holding you back – a bad habit, anxiety, or a relationship pattern. Or maybe it’s not an underlying pattern, but it’s getting through a particularly difficult life event – like a break-up, or an injury. I am here to help you overcome those transitions and patterns that keep you stuck. Through therapy, we work together so that you have more freedom, understanding, and choice in your life.

My areas of focus include attachment issues (isolation, codependency, individuation); compulsions (overeating, dieting, work, sex); and/or trauma (e.g. rape, abuse, an accident…). With a warm and direct style, I use various therapeutic modalities including relational, somatic, and psychodynamic methods through affordable psychotherapy with adults, couples, and children.
