Laura Allan Counseling and Coaching in the Press

COUNSELING APPROACH: Using a holistic approach, I may suggest a number of therapeutic interventions depending upon your specific needs. I have professional training and clinical experience in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral, Bowen, Structural, Solution-Focused, MRI/Strategic and Narrative psychotherapy theories and practices. These techniques are used in collaboration with the individuals and couples who come for a variety of emotional, behavioral and relationship issues.

COACHING APPROACH: Using a pragmatic approach, we will focus in on your direction, create a roadmap, and provide support and accountability along the way to achieving your identified goals. A structured approach may be used to assist you in identifying, and taking action to accomplish, your personal and professional goals.

HOURS: Early morning and evening appointments available, as well as daytime.
