My background includes advanced Psychotherapy training from The Training Institute for Mental Health in Manhattan as well as comprehensive experience working in outpatient mental health and addictions treatment settings as a group and individual Psychotherapist. Currently I have an active private practice in Manhattan and I see clients Monday through Saturday.
My specialty is in helping clients overcome Obsessional, Anxious, Depressive and Addictive Thinking Patterns. I offer clients practical skills to enhance self-esteem, tolerate difficult and painful emotions and improve and enrich personal and professional relationships.
The therapeutic approach I use is integrative and it includes; Mindfulness Techniques, Relational Psychotherapy, Dialectical and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
