Services help women cope with being caregivers for their parents while taking care of their husbands and children. Adolescents learn tools to use to help them communicate with their parents and other adults. Men learn to identify their skills and develop a plan to change careers. I work with adolescents and adults to help them develop a plan to overcome addictions to alcohol and other substances.
