I have a respectful approach with people who come to see me because I understand how daunting it can be to come to counseling/therapy and I have the utmost admiration for people who do. I’m strengths-oriented, solution-focused and humanistic in my work with clients. I get to know each individual so that I can recognize, and help the person, understand what are usually complex or layered issues underlying the reason for seeking help.
