I specialize in working with people from multi-cultural and sexually diverse backgrounds as a therapist. When you need help and are ready, I invite you to allow me to journey with you through whatever part of your life is causing conflict, anxiety, depression, rage, or pain from wounding coming out of physical, emotional, sexual, or
spiritual abuse. For me the underlying belief in offering crisis counseling or longer term uncovering of life blockages, is not so much in problem solving as in moving together through the scary places, exploring the mystery within us and coming out on the other side to the truth of who you are.
This may involve Cognitive, Gestalt, 12 Step usage, or longer psychodynamic interventions to enable you to reach a safer more satisfying pursuit of your journey. It may involve medication as well as meditation.
There is no shame in being emotionally troubled, hurting in a relationship, grieving loss, being mentally ill, processing family of origin grief work, or suffering from addiction whether it be from drinking, other substances, sex, or eating disorders. So put your whip away! Its not your fault, its just being stuck at some point in your jouney.
For whatever gender, race, culture, age, or sexual orientation, there comes a time when we might not know how to move on alone. No matter how tough, there is a solution. Again I invite you to engage my services as a compasionate, sensitive, accepting, culturaly competant guide of many years experience.
Lastly, know that you’re loved today exactly as you are. Wouldn’t it be great if you could feel that way about yourself today? Truly the journey is the destination and problems contain their own solutions if we explore the mystery.

Eric's Ninja FAIL (4.18.10) - It's like 2:45 AM. We're just getting back from our LONG day. we are EXHAUSTED. so much went down that couldn't be shown on camera..but it's all good. We're at JMU (a mere 7 days after the vicious springfest riots) and we enter Jeremy's dorm room to crash. Eric insits that he'll scare someone, but Jeremy assures him that no one is even around to scare. Door opens up to an empty hallway...fail.
