I provide affordable, professional mental health counseling. My areas of expertise include eating disorders, abuse/trauma issues, alternative lifestyles, depression and anxiety disorders. I provide a safe, therapeutic environment for clients. As we take the journey towards healing and self-fulfillment together, we will begin on equal ground. I will be there for support, guidance and to challenge you. I recognize there is diversity among clients, each needing a different therapeutic approach in their healing. Thus I take an eclectic approach, utilizing such techniques as cognitive/behavioral modification therapies, art therapy, and interpersonal therapy. I believe that every person has the capability to change unhealthy patterns in their life, and to eventually learn how to heal and grow with change.
