My approach with clients is greatly influenced by my 3,000+ hours of life-coaching and breakthrough training experience. Utilizing the strengths of psychotherapy and coaching, I work to help you heal from the past, live in the now and dream for a future worth having.

RATES: Average cost per session is $70-$80. I do offer a sliding scale, student rates and an initial complimentary consultation.
