SERVICES: Therapy for individuals, families and couples.
50 minute sessions by appointment. School advocacy and consultation available. Crisis intervention and quickly made appointments taken. Can usually see for therapy within a 24 hour period, quicker in an emergency.
Philosphy: I believe that therapy is an opportunity for personal growth in many cases and help for many who are suffering alone. I think that the most important part of the therapy process is building a trusting and therapeutic bond between client and therapist. It is often scary to make that first call to a therapist, yet it may be the most important call you can make for yourself or your child. I think that the client has the right to state what he or she is comfortable with and usually knows what direction he or she wants to go in. I am there to help guide and educate as well as providing clinical information and observations to aid in this process. I respect my clients and their confidentiality.
Mission: To help individuals, young or old, to enrich their lives and realize they have choices. I am commited to the field of mental health and it is my passion to help people help themselves through therapy and other necessary resources.
Office Hours: My office hours are flexible. I see clients during day hours as well as evening hours. I can see clients on weekends by appointment. I will try my hardest to accomodate people’s busy schedules.
