I offer a comfortable, safe environment where you can feel heard, understood, and validated. Our work together will help you to reach a greater understanding of your inner dynamics and relationship patterns. I can help you to identify and change negative thought patterns that are keeping you from feeling confident, to help you reach your greatest potential. My eclectic approach allows me to find the right fit for each individual or family.
I work with girls and women who suffer from Eating Disorders, using a cognitive-behavioral approach. I treat adults who suffer from anxiety, depression, self-esteem and relationship issues. I love to help couples as they prepare for marriage with pre-marital counseling, as well as helping couples in conflict.
I understand deeply the emotions that come with loss and chronic illness. In addition to being a clinical psychotherapist, I am a certified bereavement counselor and have worked for many years helping individuals cope with change, illness, and loss. I welcome your call!
