This practice focuses on working with women who are learning how to live an independent lifestyle and be happy with life. Much of this was formed from decade of agency experience at a local non-profit for teenage girls. I help women get out of their heads and understand where they are in their situations, as well as help heal through their issues by focusing on their strengths and goals. In today’s world, many professional women do their best to balance “having it all” and struggle with their sense of independence and managing relationships.
| Insurance & Payments Accepted | Therapy sessions are $80 per 50-minute hour. Sliding scale services are available on a case-by-case basis. I currently do not work directly with insurance companies, though am able to provide you with a receipt for potential out-of-network reimbursement. |
