Am thinking of going back to school, or perhaps taking an online course. I'm an accountant, but am very interested in counseling. I want to get a degree in Psychology.
What are the differences between a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology????

It would depend on the school you're going to enrol too, but generally an Arts degree would focus more on theories and applications, while the Science degree would mean that you get more focus on empirical research.

If you want to get more training in conducting studies, experiments and all that, go for a BS degree.

I think that a BA degree in psychology would be more concerned with the humanities.  It's more analytical.

Take note that there also some specialties that are not available to either one.  If you want to go into clinical psychology for example, you might do well in a BS degree.
