As it turns out, you will realize that there are some reasons to work on better posture. Poor posture is

a culprit in the health issues.

  1. It looks bad-It is unattractive making us appear to be tired, dis-interested

    and lacking in confidence.

  2. It can cause fatigue-the reason of poor posture is muscular imbalance and

weakness. An instance, if our heads are jutted forward the muscles in our

necks and upper backs have to work much harder. It creates stretch

weakness that results in fatigue, muscle tension, headaches, neck pain and

    back pain.

  3. It cause pain-Pain from posture can be significant and even result in

disability. Thus chronic postural stress can also cause joint pain and

    pinched nerves.

  4. Prone to injury- Chronic postural stress causes pain/strain injuries that can

make ordinary house chores much more likely to result injuries.

edlund23,

Poor posture can really lead to any health issues like bone and muscle pains especially if your job is sedentary. Make sure to make yourself aware of the proper ergonomic postures to avoid any health problems. Thanks for this very informative  post.

Keep it up!
